What counts as a good match score?

Higher is better, but a score is a starting point, not a verdict: the useful part is which keywords and skills you're missing for a specific ad. We show you those, so you know exactly what to fix. A great score on the wrong keywords still won't get you an interview.

Will the AI make things up on my resume?

No, and this is deliberate. CVShark tailors around the experience you already have. It's built not to invent qualifications, because the fastest way to lose an offer is to get caught claiming something untrue in an interview.

Does AI resume tailoring actually work?

It works when it's used to match real experience to what an ad is asking for: surfacing the relevant keywords and rephrasing your existing achievements to fit. It doesn't work as a magic "make me qualified" button, and CVShark won't pretend otherwise.
